China has just 15 years to ban the sale of video game consoles.

AFTER 15 YEARS, THE GOVERNMENT OF THE PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF CHINA FINALLY allow developers CONSOLE MAY SELL FREE in the region.

It may sound incredible, but you can not in all countries of the world to go to a department store and buy your favorite console. In 2000, China imposed a ban on the sale of video game consoles for fear that were to affect the physical and mental development of their young. You could not buy consoles in that country (at least not legally).

In 2014 this extreme measure relaxed a little; allowing the entry of Microsoft Xbox One, and some months later the Sony PS4. However, these developers could only do business in a very specific region (11 km around Shanghai), and had all kinds of restrictions that greatly complicated business.

Fortunately, it seems that all that is a thing of the past. According to a report in The Wall Street Journal, the Minister of Culture of the People's Republic of China he released a statement explaining that now any game company can develop and sell their products anywhere in the Asian country.

A representative from Sony said that this statement was "great news" for them, since greatly facilitate the activity of the company in China.

The biggest beneficiary of the Big Three is undoubtedly Nintendo, who will finally have a new market for their consoles and laptops.

Can you imagine that in your country you could not buy consoles freely? What do you think of lifting the veto? Give us your feedback!
