[TOP] The 5 smartphones that broke the Guinness record
Currently the Guinness record are provided to people who achieve unattainable and incredible feats, but do you know that smartphones have also broken their own records?
Today we bring you one of those curious notes, and no, it is not a note of where UPSOCL # 4 will leave you shocked. Today we present the five Smartphones that have been recognized by the Guinness Book of Records for achieving some feat throughout its existence.
Before starting to clarify it is that some of the phones in the list are not so recent, much less popular, but somehow managed to deserve the recognition for achieving their own Guinness record.
1. LG G4 - The chain of world's longest selfie
This record if it is recent, and was held no more and no less than in Mexico City. Practically during an event LG trained over 2,500 people in line, and LG G4 was going on between all taking selfies, 746 selfies took more than two hours !. The previous record (if, as had been done before) had been established by the Galaxy A3 and A5, with a total of 531 selfies. The amazing thing is that the G4 need not recharge the battery at any time, or switch to another load, and his only problem was that ... They are just people! .... LG Guinness record Go ...
Gionee Elife 2. S5.1 - the thinnest phone in the world (few months)
We went from Mexico to China, with the Asian manufacturer Gionee, which established the Guinness record with its Elife S5.1 to be the world's thinnest to 5.15 millimeters thick Smartphone. This record was set last year, but Gionee only lasted a taste few months, as many other manufacturers are focused on breaking the record, sacrificing such basic elements as the audio input 3.5mm.
3. Oppo R5 - The first to break the record of Gionee Elife S5.1
As I said, many Asian manufacturers focused on breaking the record already established by Gionee. Oppo The Asian giant was the first to do so, in just a month !. The Oppo R5 record took its thickness of only 4.85mm, a figure which achieved with sacrifices battery and audio, but hey, it's very nice.
4. HTC One - The world's largest animated mosaic (Made of HTC One's)
HTC sales currently are not the best I have had throughout their lives, and less heating issues reported in the HTC One M9 which affected both his reputation and that of Qualcomm. But HTC achievement set the Guinness record for animated Mosaic made of the world's largest phone. The mosaic consisted of 400 HTC One's, I am part of the inauguration of the China Smart Device Games and was exhibited at the National Center Swings games in Beijing.
5. LG Optimus 2X - Being a dual-core smartphone
This record may not sound like all that surprising, and do not blame you, now the most common day is finding devices with eight cores on their processors, and may soon begin to see the first phones ten cores. But in 2011 things were different, and the LG 2X was the first smartphone to include two cores within the processor. By that time the feat was amazing, worthy of belonging to the Guinness Book record that year, positioning the high-end LG 2X the quintessential of his time. Unfortunately this device today is completely obsolete, and two cores could never with such heavy tasks we give today to our phone, but LG 2X will always be fondly remembered by those who knew his once powerful dual processor core.
How about? Do you think we get to see another Guinness record in the Android world this year? since these records always meant innovation, setting new boundaries to break giving us new and increasingly better products.
